We’ll discuss your expectations and determine the scope of work, budget, design objectives, materials, and more.

We’ll guide you through the initial planning stage, which includes developing the concept design alongside the selected architect, obtaining planning drawings, and collating all the relevant documentation needed for the council application and/or building permit process, including subdivision if required.

Once plans are approved by council, the client will receive their scope of work, and construction will begin.
